My favorite genre is fantasy. Make that epic fantasy.
Okay, GOOD epic fantasy. But I'm willing to wade through a lot of other fantsay to find the good stuff.
Actually, I'll read just about anything you put in front of me. I heart books!

Valerie Geary said...

Welcome Queen 'Bina! Glad to have you! Book lovers unite!

Susan Kaye Quinn said...

Fave genre is really science fiction, but I write middle grade and young adult, which are really their own genres ... now I'm confused! LOL

:) Great contest!!

Valerie Geary said...

Hehe... Susan, you can love them all!! I won't judge you. ;)

Great contest, and blog! I love reading science fiction, either adult or YA. I love all the possibilities!

Tricia J. O'Brien said...

I love dystopian (yeah, I like to angst over the future). Mostly, I read YA but Margaret Atwood's adult dystopian always rocks my boat. My shelves are full of fantasy and some SF, too, for YA and adults. I can't seem to get enough.
I entered the verse fest. Eeeks. But I think I'm going to love trying.

Shallee- Welcome!

Tricia- Oh my lordy. You and me, in the same boat, rocking and reading Atwood! I love her all her stuff, but especially the dystopian. If you cut me I'd bleed dystopian angst. :) Also, I'm so glad you entered the blogfest! Way to be brave! :D

My favorite genre currently is non-fiction books that should probably be called self-help (that sounds so cheesy) and non-fiction books that educate you on certain topics. I also enjoy a good historical fiction.

Kristy said...

OH also I mentioned you on my twitter, FB, and blog :)

Thanks for the giveaway.

I suppose I would have to say speculative fiction but it covers so many different types.

Lets just say I usually read what used to be called epic fantasy and Science fiction.
