Not counting the books I started, but never finished, I read 94 books in 2011. My goal was 100. As you can see, I fell short. Oh well. I was, however, quite successful with regards to my goal of reading more non-fiction. Not only did I read more non-fiction, but I found myself seeking it out at the bookstore, eager to discover new and intriguing topics. This year, though, I will not be setting any goals. Too much pressure and I found myself rushing. This year, I plan on lingering between the pages a while and getting lost in good stories. I think that will be better.
Now without further ado, I present to you, in no particular order, my favorite reads of 2011:
Well, what are you waiting for? Happy reading!

It's funny--you and I have SUCH different reading tastes, and yet we work so well together as partners! :-)
Awesome! More to add my 2012 TBR list. I may never put my Nook down!

Yay! I've only read Into Thin Air (one of my all-time favorites ;) Looking forward to *very slowly* reading the rest!
Writing them down now. The only one I've read on your list is the Donald Miller book.
Catherine Denton
